BRETT HALL, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Brett Hall received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from South College in Knoxville Tennessee where he developed a passion for orthopedic physical therapy. He has a special interest in utilizing manual techniques such as joint manipulation in conjunction with exercise prescription to alleviate pain and improving athletic performance. Dr. Hall’s approach to physical therapy involves identifying the source of pain and/or dysfunction, facilitating pain relief, and promoting strength and resilience to decrease likelihood of future injury.
Dr. Hall also has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Liberty University where he developed a passion for strength training and conditioning. He has extensive fitness leadership experience with tactical athletes as well as personal training experience.

Occupational Therapist
Hand/Neuro Therapist
Sean is a skilled hand therapist with experience across multiple practice settings including Neurological rehabilitation, hand therapy, orthopedics, inpatient rehab, poly trauma, and acute care rehabilitation.
Sean graduated from Jefferson College of Health Sciences in 2013 with Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. He previously attended UNC and received his BS in 2010.
Previously Sean served in the United Stated Army Infantry. He was stationed at Ft. Benning and Ft. Bragg with service in Operation Iraq Freedom.
MAX MYERS, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
Max Myers is a recent 2024 graduate of Virginia Western Community College newly established PTA program bringing a fresh set of skills to implement into the outpatient setting.
Max served as an 0341 Mortarman in the United States Marine Corps with two deployments overseas.
ERIC BREEN, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
Eric is a Physical Therapist Assistant with close to a decade of outpatient experience, having practiced in Hawaii, Texas, and now Roanoke, VA. A former skydiver and collegiate soccer player, and now an avid tennis player, he brings a strong interest in biomechanics and excels in enhancing movement quality to maximize function and sports performance. Eric particularly enjoys working with shoulder patients, focusing on improving overhead mechanics, function, and athletic performance.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring new cultures. He has spent time in Japan, New Zealand, and Mozambique, and especially loves trying new foods from around the world.
Nina Marcelo, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
With a strong foundation in movement science and a passion for helping people get back to doing what they love, Nina Marcelo brings skill, energy, and heart to the Elite Therapy & Performance team. A 2018 graduate of Jefferson College of Health Sciences, Nina holds a Bachelor’s in Health & Exercise Science as well as an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from the Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Over the past 8 years, Nina has specialized in outpatient orthopedic care, blending hands-on manual therapy techniques—like cupping—with evidence-based exercise to help patients recover faster and move better. Her experience also includes inpatient rehab and vestibular therapy, and she’s currently working toward certification in lymphatic therapy to better serve patients with lymphedema.
Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find Nina practicing Pilates, planning her next travel adventure, or diving into continuing education to stay at the top of her game. Her approach is upbeat, hands-on, and always centered around the patient.
